5TH NATIONAL CONVENTION OF MEDIATORS RUIZ RE – CORDOBA.

Project description

Once again this year, the National Mediators’ Convention, organised by Ruiz Re, took place in Cordoba, where around 150 people gathered to share results and learn about the future strategy.

During the Convention, there was space to recognise people for their special performance during the past year 2022, moments for networking among the attendees and also to get to know some of the corners of Cordoba, which contributed to the achievement of the items initially planned by the organisation.

LB Plan action:

• Technical assistance during the design and creation phase of the event.
• Location and space management
• Selection and supervision of local contracted suppliers.
• Technical secretariat, managing attendees’ personal agendas and coordinating parallel protocol activities.
• Coordination of all logistical services related to the organisation of the event.
• On-site secretarial services.
• Social programme of the event.
